Yin is a style of yoga where rather than building strength, we focus on flexibility and breath. With low, passive holds (2–5 minutes) to hydrate tissues and release the hips, hamstrings or spine. This is a slow moving, deep breathing, floor based practice.

We supply bolsters and blocks 

Excellent for stress relief and mobility.

Yin Yoga on Wednesdays are followed by Helen's Tea House.
