Traditional Yoga FAQs
Do I need yoga experience to attend?
We have beginner classes and more experienced classes, we recommend reading the descriptions of each class to find the what suits you best.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you forget your mat, we have extras available.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable! Athletic wear is great, but no special gear is required.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first visit, so you can settle in, meet the teachers and get comfortable.
Puppy Yoga FAQs
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first visit, so you can find your mat and get comfortable.
What exactly is puppy yoga?
Puppy yoga includes 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga while puppies roam freely, followed by dedicated puppy play and cuddle time.
Will puppies jump on me?
They puppies are gonna puppy! They may jump on you, lick you, climb on you, nibble on you, or completely ignore you.
Can I opt out of puppy interaction?
Puppies are free-roaming during class, so interaction can’t really be guaranteed or avoided. If you prefer a calm, predictable environment, we definitely recommend one of our traditional yoga classes instead.
Is this class beginner-friendly?
Yes. Puppy yoga is intentionally beginner and accessible.
Are the puppies safe and cared for?
All of our dogs are monitored by staff and come from trusted breeders or rescue partners. Their wellbeing always comes first.
