Join us every other Friday at 5:00 PM for a welcoming, all-levels yoga class on 18th St NW. This community-focused class is designed for people of every experience level, to create an accessible class for all folks.

Whether you're looking to unwind after a long week, build strength and flexibility, or simply connect with neighbors, we're offering a supportive space to move, breathe, and find your center. All bodies and abilities are welcome.*

*Our studio is up one flight of stairs.
