our weekday classes are taught by an all-women team of experienced instructors who are invested in their students and in the space they’re responsible for holding, with a steady focus on health, healing, and strength
pilates
Our Pilates program is strictly mat-based and rooted in classical work where the emphasis stays on control, alignment. We work with two Pilates instructors who run their own programs within our studio, and we recommend taking Elizabeth’s Fundamentals of Pilates class as an introduction.
yoga
Our yoga program is led by our studio manager Helen, whose approach is grounded in bringing people into practice with a clear dedication to harmonizing yoga with community and meeting the body where it’s capable and working from there.
Our schedule leans into yin, restorative, sound bath, and deep stretch, offering slower, more considered classes that give people space to settle, to feel what’s actually going on in their body, and to leave with a sense of relief and steadiness.
